    • Evening explore the birthplace of Emeishan Qigong and Kungfu and Welcome Dinner

    • Stay at Da Fo Monastery

    (arrive in Chengdu night before)

    • Morning Qigong and Practice with Linhai

    • Entering a Monkey Zone

    • Leisurely hike to Fu Hou Si

    • Emei TCM and Qigong Class

    • Spend the night at Fu Hou Si

    • Morning Qigong and Practice with Linhai

    • Leisurely hike to the Spirit Water Nunnery

    • Emei TCM and Qigong Class

    • Optional Dragon Ornament sketching

    • Spend the night at the Nunnery

    • Morning Qigong and Practice with Linhai

    • Challenging Hike to the Cave of the 9 Ancients

    • Emei TCM and Qigong Class

    • Stay at the Monastery next to the Cave

    • Morning Qigong and Practice with Linhai

    • Challenging hike to the Elephant Washing Station

    • Emei TCM and Qigong Class

    • Staying the night at the monastery.

    • Challenging hike to the Summit

    • Evening Rest

    • Staying at the Summit Monastery

    • Hike to the nearby Thousand Buddha Peak

  • Your time to soak in the summit. Feel free to go into deep retreat, or participate in the group practices of yoga, qigong, meditation, or just explore the mountain.
